ADD story #1

So our youth program is having one of the greatest events ever, a CRAWFISH BOIL!!! For this crawfish boil I need to pick up a couple of items and so I set out to the local outdoor/sporting good store. One might think you would need a shopping list in order to know what to pick up and in what quantity. Well when you are A.D.D. sometimes you forget such detail but luckily our secretary made one for me.

So I park the car, grab a cart and walk to the back of the store and find the 80 quart pots and the 105,000 btu burners.

Dilemma #1
Unfortunately I did not bring the flatbed cart, I chose a traditional cart which can only holds 1 of these boxes inside the cart. So I did what any sensible person would do, I stacked.

Dilemma #2
I left the shopping list on the passenger seat of my car I couldn't remember the quantity I needed. Sooooo, I left my fully loaded cart in the aisle and walked back to get it. After loading the appropriate quantities of each item I then headed toward the checkout.

Dilemma #3
I have now purchased these and am walking outside to my car when I remember that my trunk is full of pink flamingos(this is normal right?) and I have a car seat and I drive a Ford Taurus, otherwise known as to For-Taur.  Needless to say, this is a dilemma. Luckily I and the ForTaur "can do all things in Christ who strengthens us"Phil 4:13.
Dilemma #4
Well I got the doors shut but unfortunately there was not much room for the driver. Well I scrunched my little body in that drivers seat and made my way back.  This is me driving while holding my phone out the window to take the picture.
Cozy, right?
Well I made it the church safe and sound.  This was not a frustrating event but rather a quite entertaining event in my day and sadly there will be more to come like this.
